Part 103 Mission Statement
The purpose of this organization is to embrace all that Part 103 has to offer
and expand Part 103 to include realistic, safe, single seat aircraft.
Part103's mission is to further the cause of single seat ultralight flight.
This organization goes beyond 'non-profit' status to where there is no money
to be transferred at all. No member dues. No advertising. No paid registration.
